tensorflow ckpt.index is not UTF-8 encoded
jupyter中保存tensorflow 模型和權重的時候，路徑下生成了一個.index文件

儼然一副重大錯誤的樣子，可是，jupyter運行時未報錯，且模型調用正常。編碼
太厲害了，這竟然是嚴謹的jupyter的一副「免責聲明」，意思就是：這個文件不是用UTF-8編碼的，我不知道它是什麼，也不知道它怎麼打開，我什麼都不知道，你要保存那就保存吧（攤手code
