centos 安裝Python3

centos 默認安裝了Python2，想要安裝Python3百度了一夜都是互相拷貝浪費了一大堆時間，後來Google找到一篇文章終於安裝成功

主要執行下面幾條命令就能夠

    yum install centos-release-scl
    yum install rh-python36  #36 表示3.6版本
    scl enable rh-python36 bash  #當前會話使用3.6版本 不用默認的 2.7版本
