GitLab You are not allowed to push code to this project

在我使用的GitLab CE 10.6.4 有一個bug，當建立好一個空的項目後，用owner帳號將本地項目做git push，會遇到」You are not allowed to push code to this project「的錯。git 由於是空的項目，連master分支都尚未，因此其實並非protect branch的緣由。web 這個問題的緣由是在向gitlab做git push時，
