wnmp-3.1.0安裝cakephp啓動失敗處理

• 1.php.ini中開啓extension=php_intl.dll

#開啓此行並重啓
extension=php_intl.dll

• 2. 在安裝時compser install後報

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: intl: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with build ID=API20160303,NTS,VC15
PHP    compiled with build ID=API20160303,NTS,VC14
#到php的官網中下載php的windows安裝壓縮包，原來php文件夾更名爲php_bak，下載的官方包解壓爲php文件夾，
#最後將wnmp中的php.ini複製到新的php文件夾中，並重啓。
#再composer install下ok了
