在沒聯網環境下，啓動tomcat出錯

使用SSH框架，在聯網狀況下，項目能夠正常運行，當一旦斷網，則啓動服務器報錯：

 org.hibernate.HibernateException: Could not parse configuration: /hibernate.cfg.xml

  Caused by: org.dom4j.DocumentException: Connection timed out: connect Nested exception: Connection timed out: connect

這是指須要修改*.hbm.xml 文件：

將  http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd 替換原來的 hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd 路徑
