Nginx啓動異常

異常日誌：2017/03/23 11:08:08 [emerg] 5316#8084: bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)
異常緣由：其餘進程佔用了nginx 的端口

查看端口：cmd -->netstat -aon|findstr "**"， 其中**指nginx的解壓目錄下conf/nginx.conf中server端口

解決方法：該nginx端口或者殺掉佔用端口的進程
