Flutter run 以後一直出現 CocoaPods's specs repository is too out-of-date to satisfy dependenci

早上更新了flutter的代碼，每次執行flutter run 都會出現一樣的問題ios  CocoaPods's specs repository is too out-of-date to satisfy dependencigit 根據提示  pod repo update  無論用，覺得是cocoapods版本過低了orm 又從新安裝了一遍仍是這樣的問題耗費了一成天的時間，最後查記錄才發現
