1. 以oracle 用戶登錄X window

或者

2. root 身份執行

最終解決辦法：logout,以oracle用戶登陸圖形界面，測試執行xclock彈出圖形界面時鐘。執行./runinstaller安裝oracle正常。

To verify that X applications display is set properly, run a X11 based program that comes with the operating system such as xclock:

$ xclock    //正常狀況下，切換到oracle用戶執行xclock命令會彈出一個圖形界面的時鐘。
