python程序, 實現matlab的.mat格式轉化爲dict / json .python
- 第一個參數mat_path表明須要轉化的mat路徑;
- 第二個參數, 若是須要把字典序列化成json, 添加這一參數, 表明json存放位置;
- 返回值: 轉化好的字典
