Eclipse彈出Code Recommenders cannot download its model repository index（已解決）

在使用Eclipse時，Eclipse時不時總彈出Code Recommenders cannot download its model repository index的框框，有點煩。 今天我先將解決的步驟記錄下來，至於有沒有用。要看我的追評啦，哈哈！ 首先點擊 Window ---Preferences 打開它  點擊General -- Network Connections 把網絡代理默認
