嘗試新的跨平臺 PowerShell VSCode解決方法

最近由於PowerShell7的更新，在VScode中如果原來使用的是Windows Powershell的話，會出現嘗試新的跨平臺 PowerShell https://aka.ms/pscore6的顯示。這個時候就需要下載最新版的PowerShell Core。按照官方文檔的步驟，需要前往Githubv7.0.0 Release of PowerShell下載對應的msi文件 下載好之後安裝，
