myeclipse必須在地址欄輸入webroot才能訪問web項目

使用myeclipse或者eclipse建立的web項目，在發佈或者在開發過程中，在地址欄輸入http://localhost:8080/ProjectName,並不能訪問項目的默認網頁index.jsp或者index.html，而是必須加上WebRoot或者WebContent才能正常訪問，即地址爲http://localhost:8080/ProjectName/WebRoot 或者 http
