sublime 的 package control 出錯，須要更新了。

最近接了個外包順便嘗試用一下百度fis，正在一邊研究一邊找工具的時候發現sublime的package control請求插件列表時出錯了，ctrl+`看了一下發現原來的列表地址已經請求不到內容了因此纔會出錯。

只要更新一下就能夠解決，ctrl+`以後輸入如下內容回車，等待安裝完成重啓sublime text便可！
