需求描述html

上傳文件大於10M小於500M
上傳文件進行分片（5M一片要比1M分片總體時間快）
先使用java類進行功能模擬在遷移Ktr
使用Kettle+Java片斷代碼開發
啓動步驟時能夠自定義必須參數
增長UserId（如：testXiaoYu目錄）
