Uncheck all Hpyer-V feature in "Program and Feature"

Restart Windows

Run "c:\Users\Eric\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager\intelhaxm-android.exe" for reinstall HAXM
