今天把Python的安裝位置也從C盤剪切到了D盤， 然後修改了Path環境變量中對應的盤符：D:\Python27\;D:\Python27\Scripts; 不管是在哪個目錄，Python可以執行了，但是執行Pip的時候就出錯了！ D:\Python27\Scripts>pip Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"C
