一、安裝vs2015html 二、 安裝cmake  https://cmake.org/download/ios 三、下載protobuff 3.1.0  https://github.com/google/protobuf/releases/c++ 解壓protobuf壓縮包，在和protobuf同級目錄下新建一個install文件夾，用做編譯完成後方include ,lib等文件。git E
