Xcode 9: An error occurred uploading to the iTunes Store. iTunes Store Operation Failed

原因是因爲Mac的Java版本更新導致 在終端執行下面三條指令: 1、cd ~2、mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/3、"/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"終端執行完畢，重現打開
