服務器sqlnet.ora加上 SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION=8 重建下密碼，新舊版本兼容問題，或升級oracle client alter user sys identified by "密碼" 服務器重啓時，pdb默認不啓動 SQL> col name format A10 SQL> select name , open_mode from v$pdbs; NAME
