使用 pip 配置 Python 庫

1.如果想要使用 pip，前提是環境配置正確 1.輸入 win + r 鍵打開 運行 2.輸入 cmd 3.pip install [庫名] 例： pip install requests 這樣就可以了 2.可以去 Python 庫官網下載
