解決安卓7.0後手機，https沒法抓包問題

一、在linux系統（或下載openssl工具）下執行openssl x509 -inform DER -in FiddlerRoot.cer -out FiddlerRoot.pem，把fiddler證書文件轉換成pem格式 二、再執行openssl x509 -inform pem -subject_hash_old -in FiddlerRoot.pem |head -1，生成一個hash值
