最後總算搞清楚了，因爲xml文件中xsi:schemaLocation 中http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd 這個搞鬼了，由於local屬性只有Spring 3.2這個版本有，因此特別指明 http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.2.xsd 。
