mmdetection 代碼庫中的 anchor 設置原則

本文主要介紹 CUHK 的 mmdetection 代碼庫 （https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmdetection）中關於 anchor 的設置的一些 tips。以下提到的所有 anchor 尺寸均爲對應到輸入圖像上的bounding box 尺寸。  mmdetection 代碼庫總體框架還比較清晰，對於大部分經典的檢測算法都有實現。大部分的接口參數都可以通過修改配
