Eclipse安裝插件時的一個蛋疼的錯誤：沒法完成安裝，由於找不到一個或多個必需的項。

錯誤的提示大概就是這樣，簡直是無從下手找緣由啊。其實只須要以管理員身份運行Eclipse就ok了。
