硬件要求

• 1.6 GHz 或更快的處理器
• 1 GB RAM（若是在虛擬機上運行，則爲 1.5 GB）
• 10 GB 可用硬盤空間
• 5400 RPM 硬盤驅動器
• 與 DirectX 9 兼容的視頻卡，其顯示分辨率爲 1024 x 768 或更高

其餘要求：

• 在 Windows 8.1 和 Windows Server 2012 R2 上，須要 KB2883200（可經過 Windows Update 得到）
• Internet Explorer 10
• 對於 Windows Phone 開發：
  • Windows 8.1 (x64)，Professional 或更高版本
  • Windows Phone 模擬器
  • 支持二級地址轉換 (SLAT) 的處理器
