White spaces are required between publicId and sys

spring IOC 啓動的時候，會報這個錯誤。

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-3.0.xsd; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 50; White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.

Reasons: i think the most possible reasons is that you lost the jar. 最有可能得狀況是沒有在classpath裏面添加該jar。

Solution： check if you have the jar and add to your classpath. 檢查在工程裏面是否有該jar.

另外：對於 xmlns 更像是聲明這下關鍵字的（context,aop）的使用空間。xsi：schemalocation更像是相應的文件的路徑。
