navicat 連接 mysql 報錯：client does not support authentication protocal requested by server

1、命令行登錄mysql ：mysql -u root -p 2、在mysql> 輸入命令：alter user 'root'@'%' identified with mysql_native_password by 'root'; 3、用navicat嘗試再次連接，成功！
