解決jeecg OnlCgformApiController.doDbSynch()發生異常：Could not parse mapping document: null (INPUT_STREAM)

 這個報錯Caused by處有一個 Message: 1 字節的 UTF-8 序列的字節 1 無效。 看了下是中文的註釋不能被識別導致的，我們通過在IDEA設置JVM參數：-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 ，即可解決這個問題。
