Office 2013在XenDesktop7.x 操做緩慢問題

現象：

打開Word文字鼠標上下滾動表現延遲和緩慢，delete刪除按鍵反應卡頓；

VDA7.6  Win7發現此問題，Server2008R2未發現；

 

解決方法：

打開office文件-選項-高級勾選「禁用硬件圖形加速」

 

Disabling Hardware acceleration

To disable Hardwareacceleration in Office 2013 Application

1. In Outlook 2013click on File > Options

2. Click on theAdvanced tab and scroll down to the Display section

3. Check the box to「Disable hardware graphics acceleration」

4. Restart Office2013 application and test again

也能夠修改VDA註冊表解決：

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Graphics

DisableHardwareAcceleration DWORD 改成1
