我創建了一個Webapi項目並將其部署到IIS中，奇怪的是部署到ServerA中可以正常執行，部署到ServerB就會報上面的錯誤，查了好久終於找到了解決方案，我會把查到的所有靠譜答案都寫上以應對不同的情況，今後有可能會持續補充。 一、解決方法一 以管理員的身份啓動VS，並重新生成、發佈。 二、解決方法一二 設置IIS的運行權限爲「LocalSystem」。
