java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener錯誤的解決辦法

啓動tomcat時，發現出現了  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener maven項目，在依賴中，發現有加spring-web的依賴，檢查了配置文件發現也沒出現錯誤。 最後通過更好配置解決。 打開File > Project Structure > Artifa
