微信接口問題(The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send)

忽然在調用微信接口是報：The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send錯誤，跟蹤了半天，是由於在調用阿里人臉識別接口時，接認證設置成了SSL3，而微信接口支持TLS,因此就會報錯。而且在更新後又正常的問題，
