最近和作臨牀研究的大夫交流，他提出一個問題：所謂大數據分析的底層方法論是否適合用於臨牀研究？衆所周知，臨牀研究目前主要採用的是流行病學的方法論，而底層基礎數學理論是統計學。如今大數據分析方法中，主要部分是機器學習、模式識別等。咱們知道，機器學習整合了大量統計學的方法，也有不少新的方法。可是，兩個學科對於分析所要達到的目標其實預期不同。統計學更注重邏輯的嚴謹性，而機器學習更看重學習的結果。app 那
