通俗理解BiLSTM-CRF命名實體識別模型中的CRF層

雖然網上的文章對BiLSTM-CRF模型介紹的文章有不少，可是通常對CRF層的解讀比較少。

因而決定，寫一系列專門用來解讀BiLSTM-CRF模型中的CRF層的文章。
