.ipynb文件 與ipython notebook

沒有安裝ipython notebook 後看見.ipynb文件直接手足無措了

1、安裝ipython notebook

　　使用命令 pip ipython [all] 爲全部用戶安裝 ipython notebook

　　最後安裝了這麼多:

　　$ipython notebook
