struts2.1亂碼問題

DTD: document type definitiontomcat method="post" 不亂碼，爲 get 時亂碼 post 爲post 時，不會攜帶參數spa  在tomcat6中，我用表單用get方法提交，但若是其中表單參數有中文，提交後接受到的就爲就爲亂碼，   我之前採起的解決方式是打開tomcat的server.xml文件，找到區塊，加入以下一行：URIEncoding="u
