How to grow continue?

I think this is often a problem for many programmers.Recently I always feel I have been in a cage,can not go outside.Maybe I need to take a break and have a good rest,but I also can not bear I do nothing one entire day.So terrible!

Just now I write the things need to do.One in it is "Lead Architecture",and need to make the company stronger,I decide to refactor the coachbase and pro,make them like facebook,twitter,QQ etc. production.

How should I do?

Now my way is be quite,then study you want.Wait half a year,then start the idea.
