python 配置qt

進入到你的python scripts 文件夾中： 然後 shift+鼠標右鍵 打開window powershell （window10）其他window版本 然後裏面輸入 pip3 install SIP 安裝完成 再安裝 pip3 install PyQt5 到此爲止其實已經可以開發了，但是我們想要更爽的開發，可以直接拖動控件，所以需要QtDesigner，QtDesigner是QT的一個模
