Performance Monitor2：性能計數器

性能計數器（Performance Counter）是量化系統狀態或活動的一個數值，Windows Performance Monitor在一定時間間隔內（默認的取樣間隔是15s）獲取Performance Counter的當前值，並記錄在Data Collections中，通過Performance Monitor能夠查看系統的性能數據，是故障排除的極佳工具。Performance Counte
