java短信接口

1、背景

    從是Java一直想作一個跟生活聯繫特別緊密的東西，好比短信、郵箱、電話什麼的一直是我感興趣的，但是楞是當初沒有頭緒弄，恰巧今天公司在作一個

webrtc的視頻會議的軟件，恰好有短信這個需求，因此就沒事就看了一下關於Java發送短信的東西，而且作了一個小小的案列，如今整理一下，之後可能會

用的到

2、用Java發送短信的方法

　　法一：使用webservice接口發送手機短信,這個可使用sina提供的webservice進行發送,可是須要進行註冊

　　法二：使用短信mao的方式進行短信的發送,這種方式應該是比較的經常使用,前提是須要購買硬件設備

　　法三：使用中國網建提供的SMS短信平臺（申請帳號地址：http://sms.webchinese.cn/default.shtml）

這個案列主要是運用了中國網建提供的SMS短信平臺，這個短信平臺基於java提供個專門的接口

說明：若是返回值是200，應該是整段程序代碼沒有執行完整，只獲取到client.executeMethod(post)HTTP狀態碼的消息；接口是提交成功，沒有執行下半部的返回消息代碼。
