Marketing Cloud的contact merge機制

Marketing Cloud的contact支持多種多樣的數據源，以下圖所示：

SAP Hybris Commerce
SAP ERP
SAP Cloud for Customer
SAP Gigya
external social media

在系統的Origin data標籤頁裏能看到一個merge後的contact的全部數據源：

看一些例子。初次從Hybris commerce裏導入，Marketing Cloud系統裏不存在ID爲4711，mobile爲12345的contact，因此自動建立一條主數據。

第二次從SAP Cloud for Customer裏導入，由於待導入的contact和系統裏已經存在的一條記錄的mobile ID相同，故Marketing Cloud認爲這是同一我的，所以作屬性的merge：

merge以後，來自Cloud for Customer的city和country字段被合併進了系統。

這裏能夠指定進行merge檢測時基於的字段，這些字段既有SAP Marketing Cloud的標準字段，也容許用戶自定義新的字段。
