No module named caffe（配置完py-faster-rcnn後 import caffe報錯）（/etc/profile 添加環境變量重啓終端後不生效！！！！）

由於在以前配置py-faster-rcnn時已經編譯過caffepython本機caffe的編譯過程在 home/wlw/py-faster-rcnn/caffe-fast-rcnn中 因此此時只有在home/wlw/py-faster-rcnn/caffe-fast-rcnn下才能夠import caffe 此時，要想在任意地方均可以import caffe 須要將caffe中的和python相
