Tomcat 啓動錯誤 org/eclipse/jdt/debug/core/JDIDebug...

今天Tomcat在eclipse裏面忽然啓動報錯

錯誤消息：

An internal error occurred during: "Starting tomcat_server_name**". org/eclipse/jdt/debug/core/JDIDebugModel

後來Google到了解決辦法，很詭異，作個記錄

No idea why, but putting the line

-Dcom.ibm.icu.util.TimeZone.DefaultTimeZoneType=ICU

at the end of eclipse.ini seems to have solved the issue.
