nginx下帶健康檢測的負載均衡

    因爲nginx自帶的fail次數檢測並不能真正地實現停止對後端app的轉發，因此考慮用nginx_upstream_check_module模塊來做後端web的健康監測   nginx_upstream_check_module的下載地址： https://github.com/yaoweibin/nginx_upstream_check_module     附件裏我也傳了最新的模塊。
