Procedures to enable crash dump in windows server

1. Right click ‘Computer’ and select ‘Properties’;
2. Click the ‘Advanced system settings’ and in the dialog tab of ‘Advanced’ click button ‘Environment Variables…’;
3. Click ‘New…’ to add a new variable ‘DEBUG_ENV’ set value as 1;
4. Click ‘OK’ and then close all dialogs opened.
