GNU GRUB 啓動菜單處按e而後編輯

linux /boot/vmlinuz-x.y.z-mm-generic root=UUID=[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] ro quiet splash $vt_handoff

---->爲：

linux /boot/vmlinuz-x.y.z-mm-generic root=UUID=[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]  rw init=/bin/bash

按F10 ，啓動後無需密碼獲得root權限，而後passwd 用戶名進行改密碼
