Error running tomact 7 : Address localhost:1099 is already in use

出現這個錯誤是因爲我在用Intellij IDEA時，啓動前面的Tomcat，沒有關閉，或是直接關閉Intellij IDEA，從新啓動Tomcat時會報這個錯誤。須要手動關閉Tomcat。
