eclipse 離線安裝插件報cannot perform operation.Computing alternate solutions...解決辦法

       當不能鏈接外網，離線安裝SVN插件時，可能會發現如下問題：eclipse長時間停留在下圖所示狀態，提示「cannot perform operation.Computing alternate solutions,may take a while: ...」。在網上查找了資料，問題多是eclipse一直在嘗試從本身的更新源下載插件，卻由於局域網環境，鏈接不上致使。eclipse
