Create a private nuget server

​(1)https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/nuget/hosting-packages/nuget-server

(1.2) depoly to IIS(http://localhost:53673)

(1.3)  config you apiKey if need. else you can set 'false'

(2)Create a ClassLibrary project

(3)nuget pack ClassLibrary3.csproj

(4)nuget push .\ClassLibrary3.1.0.0.nupkg -Source http://localhost:53673/nuget

(5)Create a Console project

(6)VS tools Add a package source(http://localhost:53673/nuget)

(7)Manage Packages for Solution - Search (you library name)
