do-release-upgrade do not work
背景： 一臺Ubuntu 14.04 的機器，用了好幾次do-release-upgrade 都返回no new release ,但是每次登陸都提示有新版本16.04 可用。 網上的大部分解決辦法是，修改 /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades 把prompt=lts 修改成normal,然後執行 do-release-upgrade –d ，結果對於我還不適
